In the contact form, as a user you must fill in the fields provided which require your name, e-mail address, organisation, if applicable, and the reason for contacting us.

b). – Through our corporate emails

Through our email addresses: bitacora@thelighthouse.team you can write to us and/or request the information you consider necessary to clarify questions related to our services or about the operation of our website or data protection policy, as well as request assistance.

c). – Through Social Networks

We may collect your data through your user profile in the social networks that we use from HypeHunters, which are detailed in section 10 of this policy.

 

  1. WHAT IS THE OBJECTIVE AND/OR PURPOSE OF DATA COLLECTION?

The purpose of data collection in all the sections mentioned in the previous point is to maintain direct and personalised contact with our users. In this way, we will use your data to deal with the queries or information you have requested, manage your requests and guarantee you an experience that respects the highest standards.

The email from which you write to our corporate email will be used to send you information related to the doubts or concerns that you have raised with us.

The Lighthouse Team informs you that we do carry out international data transfers to third countries from Spain, established outside the European Economic Area. The Lighthouse Team offers you this legal guarantee, with which, at any time and/or whenever you consider it convenient, you may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Deletion, Opposition, Portability, to be Forgotten, and Limitation in the treatment through the forms that we provide on the website. It is important that you as a user bear in mind that the information you have shared with us by any means may continue to be visible and that The Lighthouse Team disclaims all liability in relation to the deletion of this information.

Likewise, The Lighthouse Team does not control the renewal system of third-party search mechanisms, which may contain certain public profile information that has already been deleted but which is still visible on the Internet due to the rebroadcasting of the same. In this case, we recommend that you contact those responsible for those websites to request its deletion or the exercise of the right to be forgotten.

This means that if you decide to join our corporate profile as a follower or by pressing “Like” on our content or profile, you agree to this policy, where we explain your rights and how we use your data.

As the party responsible for the processing of your data, we guarantee confidentiality in the processing and compliance with your rights, always under the effects of the aforementioned legislation and regulations.

On the other hand, we inform you that we will use these Social Networks to announce news or relevant information related to the projects we carry out and the services and products we offer, or on topics that we consider to be of interest to you. By using the functionalities of these websites, it is possible that you may receive on your wall or in your profile news with this type of information.
