The purpose of data collection in all the sections mentioned in the previous point is to maintain direct and personalised contact with our users. The Lighthouse Team informs you that we do carry out international data transfers to third countries from Spain, established outside the European Economic Area. The Lighthouse Team informs its users that any personal data provided to us will be processed for the purposes set out in point 1, which will be, in detail, the following:

  1. To attend to and resolve any requests or queries requested by the users.
  2. To inform of new features that we may publish on the website.
  3. To send information considered to be of interest to the user.
  4. Notification of promotional agreements that The Lighthouse Team has signed with companies, NGOs and/or professional collaborators to offer the users of the website certain different or additional functionalities to those that they have contracted or accepted.
  5. To allow access to the options that require registration and the operation of the website depending on whether you have registered as an Advertiser or NGO.

The Lighthouse Team offers you this legal guarantee, with which, at any time and/or whenever you consider it convenient, you may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Deletion, Opposition, Portability, to be Forgotten, and Limitation in the treatment through the forms that we provide on the website. As the party responsible for the processing of your data, we guarantee confidentiality in the processing and compliance with your rights, always under the effects of the aforementioned legislation and regulations.
