I defend technology transfer in a broad sense as a key action for socio-economic progress.

Throughout my career I have never stopped looking for solutions, alternatives and challenges in each of the projects and positions in which I have been involved.

My constant desire to learn opened the doors to innovation during the more than 10 years that I have been a lawyer in Repsol's legal department, where I acquired extensive experience in commercial operations, venture capital, and in cross-disciplinary advice, always going beyond the merely legal, in R&D activities and in the design of strategies for the protection and exploitation of technologies and intangibles at any level of maturity. I defend technology transfer in a broad sense as a key action for socio-economic progress.

Fundación Repsol connected me with social needs and with those of non-profit organisations. I participated in the design of the contents of the corporate Innovation Facilitators programme and in the implementation and support of the foundation's Entrepreneurs Fund, where I was also a mentor, an activity that I still continue to carry out alongside teaching at different universities, foundations, institutions, and business schools.

Personally, I am passionate about music and stories lived or imagined, whether written, read, in sound or image.

From the melting pot of my experience and my fascination for lighthouses and teamwork, especially for the team that accompanies me, The Lighthouse Team's service proposal was born.

I firmly believe that the soul of organizations are the people who work in them, they are the engine, the transformation, the value and what makes a company grow.

I have vocationally oriented my professional career towards the people environment in different areas of HR and CSR. I firmly believe that the soul of organisations are the people who work in them; they are the driving force, the transformation, the value and what makes a company grow.

The two companies that have been the focus of my work experience, Bankinter and FSC Inserta (ONCE Group), have marked my professional personality in two very different areas in terms of sector and work procedure. I have worked in multidisciplinary teams, with different abilities, where flexibility and teamwork have always gone hand in hand with quality, innovation and meeting objectives.

I am passionate about travelling, if possible with my family, meeting new and diverse people, with different cultures and ways of thinking, as well as enjoying friendship, a good film or curled up under a blanket with a good book.

I have always been interested in trying a new sport, but sailing and mountain sports are the ones I like the most and where I feel most in touch with nature.

Sustainability concerns me and keeps me busy. I try to find out how I can do my bit to improve this world. From an economic, social and environmental point of view, my challenge is to get everyone to think that we can all contribute.
My restless nature, my desire to keep learning has always led me to explore new ways of adding value to organisations and I believe that this lighthouse has led me to a destination that will surely make me face new and exciting challenges, where collaborative work in which we all add up will have a multiplying effect.

My professional career of more than 14 years of experience in the world of technology and innovation began at the Center for the Development of Industrial Technology (CDTI).

I am an active person with several interests and hobbies. I like nature, sports and outdoor activities, travelling and getting to know other cultures, as well as the world of music, cinema and theatre, reading and art.

This is probably what led me to a degree in Environmental Science, a multidisciplinary career that showed me the key relationship between nature, science, society and economy, and the importance of multidisciplinary teams for the success of projects.

My professional career of more than 14 years of experience in the world of technology and innovation began at the Centre for the Development of Industrial Technology (CDTI), working for one year at its headquarters in Madrid and two years at its headquarters in Brussels, where I spent four years linked to European initiatives and projects. This was a great opportunity for me, as it put me in contact with excellent professionals, companies and R&D organisations from different sectors, countries and cultures, which broadened my curiosity and knowledge of the technological world at a global level.

After this experience, my work has always continued in the international sphere, collaborating with public administrations, universities, research centres and companies. In the last years of my professional career, I have focused on advising companies to manage their innovation projects. After my time in consultancy, I decided to embark on my own adventure on a freelance basis, to directly help companies carry out their R&D projects, from the preparation of proposals to obtain funding to the management of the project once it has been awarded.

My collaboration with The Lighthouse Team allows me to face new challenges, along with a great team whose goal is to guide any company to successfully complete its projects.

Business evolution in our times requires a controlled balance between human input and the development of new economic scenarios.

I have more than 30 years of professional experience, having spent most of my career linked to the cement industry (Cemex) in which I have held positions of responsibility both in Spain and abroad (Thailand, United Kingdom, Poland and the Middle East), from where I have witnessed the radical transformation of different industrial sectors. I have participated in the coordination of transversal projects, helping to develop long-term business plans to adapt the company's needs to changing environments.

Life and business with a single lens could be seen as a movie, life and business from various angles can make a masterpiece.

With my double postgraduate degree in Digital Law and access to the legal profession, I have focused my profile towards the audiovisual sector and technology. Being a law graduate and a producer of audiovisuals and shows, I have directed my career towards Digital Law and specifically towards intellectual and industrial property, data protection and electronic contracting.

My interest in the audiovisual sector and technology has led me to specialise in legal aspects related to intellectual and industrial property, which allows me to advise and assist companies and individuals in the protection of their intellectual assets. In addition, my background in data protection has allowed me to understand the importance of privacy and security in the digital environment.

E-procurement is another area that I am passionate about, as I believe that technology can simplify legal processes and make them more efficient. I am interested in helping companies adopt secure and effective e-procurement solutions.

In short, my background in digital law and my experience in the audiovisual and technology sector have prepared me to offer specialised legal advice on intellectual property, data protection and e-procurement. I am enthusiastic about applying my knowledge, helping companies and individuals to meet the legal challenges in these areas.

I connect technology with business from a creative and innovative point of view.

Ever since I was a kid I have been passionate about technology, electronics, and everything to do with machines; assembling, disassembling and reassembling. My parents went crazy.
My passion for science and technology led me to study Chemical Engineering at the University of Alicante, where I specialised in Polymers and Adhesives and in Calculation and Simulation. I joined the Repsol Technology Centre more than 20 years ago, in the group of calculation and simulation of chemical processes, and there I developed a good part of my professional career.
Throughout these almost 21 years I have worked in chemistry, refining and upstream processes, I have led multidisciplinary teams, managed an analytical laboratory, the advanced biology department, and the technology valorisation unit. I have participated in several innovation-strategy generation processes, as well as in the development and creation of several businesses in the corporate context and my own... but what I am really passionate about is creating. I have two patents (and a third on the way) and I love to explore how to connect the world of technology with business.
My experience can help you see clearly how to develop your idea, how to advance its growth and how to turn it into a profitable business.
From our lighthouse, we can provide light in those first moments of uncertainty about the possibilities of your project, of doubt for not knowing how to move forward, moments and feelings that most of us have already gone through.
Personally, I am a foodie, a lover of good wine and an inveterate film buff.

I build connections between sectors and activities to understand their needs and turn them into innovations and business opportunities.

I am passionate about helping companies and organisations to evolve and transform in an agile way by focusing on business, people and technology.

I am interested in understanding how organisations can transform themselves from the experience of their customers and employees, the main driver of their innovation, using methodologies that combine strategy, creativity, and action.

My professional career began in the world of auditing and after a 3-year international professional experience in Argentina, I joined the family business group, where for 15 years I have developed responsibilities in the area of marketing, sales and general management, contributing to its growth, professionalization and digitization. This experience has allowed me in recent years to be a consultant to companies accompanying organizations in their processes of innovation and digital transformation.

My training in Business Administration, Master’s degree in Marketing Management and Master’s degree in Digital Business (ISDI) together with the professional experience described above give me a holistic view of business, as well as the ability to build connections between different sectors and activities, and to understand the needs of organisations and turn them into innovations and business opportunities.

My interest in travelling and discovering new worlds, together with my passion for photography, has also led me to the field of cultural management, developing editorial and exhibition projects, experiencing how creativity and art help to drive and lead innovation.

From insurer to tax advisor: a promising and exciting challenge after a 16-year career.

After spending more than 16 years developing my professional career in the insurance sector, I decided to move into the field of tax and accounting consultancy. I have been working in this area for more than 13 years, during which time I have gone from being linked to a company to carrying out my activities independently in the last 2 years. This transition has been a new and exciting challenge, facing a future that is always uncertain and demanding, but no less promising and exciting.
